In 2010 AVSolution upgraded the existing video conferencing system in the West London based, UK headquarters of Chugai Pharmaceutical.  When Chugai later decided to update its meeting rooms and client space AVSolution was invited back to consult and also recommended Space Workplace, an office design and build consultancy, to design and fit-out the space.

 Having been pleased with the work produced by the AVSolution team the year before, they were the obvious choice for installing the AV systems.

The two 12 seat boardrooms can be easily transformed into one large 24 seat boardroom when required. The room features a large format projection system which is ideal when the room is used for a large meeting at full capacity, and it also conceals the screen into the ceiling, revealing twin monitors with video conferencing when the room is split in two.

In all the high end executive meeting rooms  AVSolution installed market leading video conferencing equipment from Polycom, including HDX 7000 video conferencing codecs and  SoundStructure HD audio mixers. AVSolution installed twin screens enabling content and video to be shown simultaneously, as well as HD audio including discrete, ceiling microphones.

The video conferencing facility allows Chugai to instantly and easily communicate with its other offices all over the world. All the room systems are Crestron controlled with simple and intuitive touchscreens for ease of use.
