As a pioneering provider of intelligent ecommerce trading solutions, eCommera approached AVSolution for a multi-room audio-visual installation for its newly acquired offices. Located in the heart of London, eCommera now has a broad range of AV services that match its prestigious office location and the innovative solutions it provides clients.
Prior to AVSolution’s involvement, eCommera was without any video conferencing equipment. Following a recommendation from Polycom, eCommera liaised with AVSolution to guarantee the new office complex would have the latest technology to match its business objectives.

We weren’t entirely sure what technology we needed for our communications roadmap so AVSolution worked closely with us to ensure we were choosing the right options. They provided the information we needed promptly and made it easy for us to understand what was required.”
The project included a wide range of AV technology. Now when clients visit the offices they are greeted by three 40” high definition displays in reception showing TV feeds and designed content when desired. Alongside the reception area, an internal break out room with a projector and screen was installed. This allows staff to relax, take a break from their desk, which in turn improves staff morale and work levels, and it can be used for town hall style company meetings.
AVSolution also worked on four custom built meeting rooms, each with Polycom SoundStation IP 7000 phone conferencing capability and NEC projectors.
Also included in the project was the main boardroom with a similar specification. eCommera retained its existing Hitachi projection equipment and elicited the help of AVSolution to implement an interactive whiteboard to improve collaboration.
Finally, to improve staff workflow, AVSolution provided a bespoke project space with video and telephone conferencing, projection with accompanying screen, and an interactive SmartBoard. This allows employees to bring together ideas in a professional space that can cope with modern digital demands.
