Land Securities

Land Securities initially chose AVSolution to re design, install and commission their audio visual systems at the company's corporate UK head office located at the Strand, London in 2005.

AVSolution worked alongside architects, M&E contractors and other professional services from the design and planning stages to installation, completion and subsequent end user training for the reception area, four presentation rooms, two boardrooms plus three suites for the chief executive floor.

Since 2005 AVSolution has carried out many additional projects for Land Securities including boardrooms, meeting rooms, digital signage in reception and a video conferencing suite. All rooms have control systems and TV presentation.

The video conferencing suite has a Polycom VC Codec and several of the meeting rooms have SMARTBoard overlays. 

The technical equipment installed included top of the range products such as Crestron control systems, NEC screens and a concealed projection system in the master boardroom.

AVSolution manages upgrades to existing systems and has an ongoing maintenance contract on all of Land Securities' AV in this building.

AVSolution has also worked on video conferencing projects for Land Securities in their Cardiff and Leeds offices.
