With six weeks notice to relocate, SAI Global, an audit information services and solutions company, elicited the help of AVSolution to design and install multiple meeting rooms, its reception, and a staff breakout area in its new Milton Keynes office.
Originally shell office space, SAI Global now has a broad range of modern meeting rooms and a contemporary reception to welcome clients. Its staff can also come together to collaborate on projects in a stylish breakout area, or simply take some time away from their desks.
Within three weeks, SAI Global has already begun to see a significant return on investment. AVSolution helped install an advanced training suite which has opened up a stable revenue stream for the company. Furthermore, the positive response to the interactive whiteboards has improved staff morale, strengthened engagement in meetings and helped reinforce communication between team members.
Particularly innovative is a custom-built room separated by a removable partition. This multifunction area can be reconfigured with a variety of furniture setups to maximise the space’s use. Whether laid out as a standard boardroom, an oval meeting space or a classroom-style training area, the room’s AV equipment adjusts according to the chosen configuration. Depending on the arrangement, different speakers activate to ensure the acoustics are serving the room’s users.
This flexibility in design is mirrored in AVSolution’s commitment to meeting SAI Global’s relocation deadline. Despite the extremely short turnaround period, AVSolution worked around the clock to ensure its installations were ready for the office’s opening.

AVSolution provided a training team post-installation to ensure SAI Global’s workforce were familiar with the all the functions of its new equipment.
