Graham Fry – Managing Director
After studying for a degree in Chemistry and Business Studies at Sussex University Graham has spent 15 years within the audio visual industry. He has specialised in video conference and the technologies and science around it. In 2005 he formed AVSolution, quickly establishing 'excellence in service' as the core value and this remains the number one focus of the company today. Graham continues to utilise his exceptional customer service skills and industry experience to ensure that dedication and client satisfaction remain the cornerstone of the company through its continuous growth.

Michael Cox – Director of Engineering
Michael has spent 15 years in the audio visual industry working for several large AV providers before AVSolution. Michael is responsible for offering our clients consultancy, project management and service delivery. He is our F1 specialist and manages many sensitive and NDA projects for F1 and other clients. He also manages our engineering team, ensuring that AVSolution understands client requirements from the outset, in order to deliver the right solution and provide maintenance solutions post installation.

Mike Burrowes - Operations Director
Mike is co-founder of AVSolution and has spent 18 years working in audio visual sales. Mike’s expertise in logistics and pricing allows him to secure the best deals on the highest quality equipment, working hard with technology partners to ensure AVSolution can pass on the best solutions to our customers.

David Ross – Head of Sales
David originates from South Africa where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Human Resources Management, Business Management and Psychology. He moved to the UK in 2003 and progressed up through the ranks in audio visual sales, becoming manager of the entire southern region. David has experience in selling a very wide range of audio visual products across the industry and has facilitated our increase in revenue and company growth.

Caroline Badger – Commercial Director
Caroline has spent 10 years working in office and business management, having previously worked in commercial co-ordination, planning and management for large PLC’s, most notably, British Airways. Caroline joined AVSolution in 2006 and has since become an integral part of the running of the company, overseeing AVSolution’s needs and managing the deployment of equipment and services.
