AVSolution were delighted to be appointed as the audio-visual integrator for Verizon Business new London office, integrating cutting edge presentation and video-conference equipment into the companies boardroom, meeting rooms and reception area.

Working closely with the design team, the aim was to provide a solution that is both easy to use and integrated into the architecture of the rooms, so being as unobtrusive as possible in the boardroom yet still making a statement in the reception area.

The boardroom features Polycom's state of the art HDX9000 series video-conferencing system, offering an unmatched level of flexibility and performance and allowing the user to see and hear detail with amazing clarity. The system incorporates multi-point and data sharing, ideally suited for today's commercial requirements. The Polycom HDX9000 utilizes two 65" plasma displays allowing the client to show far end points and data simultaneously.

Meeting rooms have been deigned for presentations and creative sessions. With this in mind AVSolution installed 50" plasma screens with Smart Board interactive overlays ensuring the space can be as flexible as possible in its use. The reception area was designed for high impact featuring twin LCD displays mounted in a map of the world.

All areas are linked to a central Matrix switcher allowing the client to display any of the sources, including the video-conference system onto any of the screens via the Creston control system and wireless touch-panel interface.
