The room has full blackout blinds and AV grade soundproofed walls ensuring privacy for users, together with state of the art Polycom HDX conferencing equipment and dual screens for a truly personal video conference experience.You can share presentations and other media directly from your laptop for discussion with the remote participant as well as take part in video discussions with up to 8 other participants using the systems built in multi-point capability (if you need more we can arrange for a private room on our conference Bridge!)
Connections to Kingston can be made using any standards based system over IP/Internet or ISDN for those that do not have IP capability, making the room truly flexible.
