Video Conferencing London

Meet The Team

Graham Fry – Managing Director

Graham has been involved in AV for most his career, after studying Chemistry and Business Studies at University he became an Acoustic Engineer and travelled widely in this profession, later working on projects as far afield as the Olympic site in Sydney. For the last 10 years he has specialised in video conference and the technologies and science around it. In 2005 he formed AVSolution, quickly establishing 'excellence in service' as the core value and this remains the number one focus today, customer satisfaction and dedication in all that we do. We treat customers as partners, and this in turn has ensured very high customer retention. As the company grows, Graham works tirelessly to ensure this value remains the cornerstone of the company and our team remains with a 'Can Do' attitude. Graham has a young family and when not working spends his time at home. A keen sportsman he is often found on a tennis court where his competitive personality can be let loose.

Mike Burrowes - Operations Director

Mike is co-founder of AVSolution and has a background in all things AV from a sales perspective. Mike is able to find the best deals on the best equipment and works hard with our technology partners to ensure AVSolution can pass on the best system pricing to our customers, from a small TV to the largest boardroom installations. Mike heads up the Sales team and outside of the office likes nothing more than putting on his leathers, and riding his Harley (he’s a frustrated hells angel really!)

Michael Cox – Director of Engineering

After serving his apprenticeship as an electrician, Michael has spent over 12 years in the audio visual industry working for several large AV providers before AVSolution. Michael is responsible for offering our clients consultancy, project management and service delivery while also managing our in house engineering team and will ensure AVSolution understands the requirement from the outset, deliver the right solution and keep it in tip-top condition post installation.

Caroline Badger – HR Director

Caroline joined AVSolution in 2006 as Office Manager, although in reality Caroline ensures pretty much all areas of the company mesh together. Having graduated in Business Law with Honours, Caroline has worked in the co-ordination, planning and management arena for some years for large well known PLC's, notably British Airways. 'First Class' customer service comes second nature to Caroline who ensures the right equipment and services get where they need to be, while keeping everyone in the office in check and organised!

Paul Bamford - Maintenance and Service Manager

Paul joined AVSolution in 2009 to head up the support and services department. Responsible for keeping service records and pre-emptive maintenance visits scheduled, Paul ensures that AVSolution customer service extends well beyond the installation of any equipment. Having a background of many years in the steel industry makes Paul a stickler for detail and procedure, and ensures warranty returned items and repairs are completed in the quickest time.

Gavin joined AVSolution in April 2010 to drive forward growth in the Telepresence sector and manage Telepresence deployment. Prior to AVSolution Gavin was the Service Manager for a large manufacturer of Telepresence solutions, responsible for the support and maintenance of the global network of Telepresence rooms.
